When you use our mobile application, as the case may be (the "App") and more generally, use any of our services (the "Services", which include the App), we take your privacy very seriously. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
This privacy notice applies to all information collected through our Services (which, as described above, includes our App), as well as, any related services, sales, marketing or events.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
This application does not violate the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of any third parties and only uses publicly available data.
We do not send any data out of the family members' devices. In fact, to start monitoring the online activity of your children on Telegram you do not need to install any app on any other device. With TeleWatch you can see your children's public Telegram profiles by adding their account to the profiles list. We will display profiles' public info and periodically check your family members to notify you about any important activity like getting online or changing a profile photo.
Personal information you disclose to us
The personal information we collect may include the following:
Personal Information Provided by You. We collect phone numbers; and other similar information.
To authorize users' Telegram accounts we need to keep your SMS confirmed number to authorize you and enable all functionalities in the app.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
The information we collect includes:
Log and Usage Data. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include information about your activity in the App (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called 'crash dumps').
Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our App, we may also collect the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, Language, A country, and information about the features of our App you accessed.
Token that allows us to send you notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding certain features of the App.
Interaction with social networks
For correct operation, the application interacts with social networks. You will see this when you start using the functions of the application. We do not share your data with social networks. What data can be obtained:

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information for the stable and correct operation of the application. And also for analytics and improvement of our application and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the App, which will enable them to collect data on our behalf about how you interact with our App over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, pages or features, and better understand online activity. Unless described in this notice, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
4. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see "WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?" above), in and other countries.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
User data processed in the Application is stored from the moment of application installation and throughout the period of Application use. If you log out from the app and/or withdraw the user agreement, all your information will be removed from our system.
6. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Right to correct: the right to have your personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
Right to erase: the right to request that we delete or remove your personal data from our systems;
If you would at any time like to review or delete the information in your account you can:
Go to TeleWatch application, open settings, go to Terms of Service section, and by selecting withdraw the agreement at the end of the page, your account will be terminated and all profile list data will be removed immediately.
Upon your request to terminate your account in the Terms of Service section in the TeleWatch application, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

7. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
